Shipping and Returns

Delivery Time

When we process your order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you, based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates will be emailed to you along with your order acknowledgment.Â

Calculating Cost

Shipping and handling costs for orders depend upon the methods and options you choose. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Our Returns Policy

You may return most items sold by us. within 14 days of delivery for a full refund minus any carriage charges incurred by us. Extended returns period must be agreed upon before ordering.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
Any product missing the serial number or UPC.
We will do our best to process your return quickly.
Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number or bank account.

Contact us via the Web support@forefrontimaging.com or call +44 (0)116 3500230 to obtain a Return Authorization Number Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories with the product to avoid any additional fees.
Include the packing list with your product and indicate on it the reason for the return. We recommend you return items via FedEx/UPS or insured parcel post for proof of delivery. We also recommend that you reuse the original shipping carton and packing materials. You are responsible for all freight charges. However, you will be credited for shipping if the product was damaged or defective, or the wrong item was shipped. Please include the postal receipt in your return package.
